Recently, the interfaith organization People Acting in Community Together (PACT) rescinded an award honoring Zahra Billoo, executive director of the Northern California chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR is a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity that was designated as a terrorist group by the United Arab Emirates.
