Take Action on Muslim Brotherhood Bill

Two more congressmen have cosponsored the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act, bringing the number to 61 representatives and five senators. The increasing tally is encouraging, but it is still far less than what the previous bill received. And that reality is terribly disappointing because, unlike the previous bill, this bill could actually pass since the GOP controls both chambers of Congress and the White House. An opportunity like this may not come again, especially if the Democrats win control of the House in 2018. Secretary of Defense General Mattis has withdrawn his choice for the top civilian position in the Defense Department, Anne Patterson, after she was criticized from multiple angles, chiefly because of her coziness with the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood. But the question remains: Why pick her in the first place? In addition, we’re learning of several other questionable holdovers from the Obama Administration remaining in the Trump Administration (so far, it’s still early). Egyptian Christians Face Increased Kidnappings

4/8/2013 Kidnappers are increasingly targeting Christians in a southern province in Egypt. More than 150 Christians, including children, have been kidnapped for ransom in Minya province over the past two years. Many Christians live in this province, along with some of Egypt's most radical Islamists. The most recent widely reported case is that of Ezzat Kromer, a Christian gynecologist and father of three, who was abducted as he drove home from his practice in the village of Nazlet el-Amoden.
